Terms of Use
The rules for using the Omesia Bazaar website and mobile application, for Customers and Vendors.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Omesia Bazaar website or mobile application (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Account eligibility & security
You must meet the minimum account age configured for the Services (to be confirmed by the owner) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information when placing Shopping Orders, Food Orders, Service Bookings or Get Offers requests, and to interact respectfully with Vendors and other users.
4. Vendor responsibilities
Vendors agree to provide accurate business information, list Products, Menu items or Services accurately, honor accepted orders and offers, and comply with our Vendor Policy.
5. Shops, Products, Food & Services
Vendors are independently responsible for the Shops, Products, Food items and Services they list. Omesia Bazaar provides the platform connecting Customers and Vendors but does not manufacture or directly provide Vendor products or services.
6. Get Offers & private Vendor offers
Get Offers lets Customers post requirements that eligible Vendors respond to privately. Vendor offers sent through Get Offers are visible only to the Customer who posted the request — never to competing Vendors.
7. Messaging, reviews & user-generated content
Messages, reviews, offers, images and other content you submit ("User Generated Content") must comply with our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Omesia Bazaar the rights needed to display and operate it within the Services.
8. Intellectual property
The Omesia Bazaar name, branding and platform are the property of Omesia Bazaar. Vendors and Customers retain rights to their own content, subject to the license described above.
9. Prohibited behavior & items
Certain behavior and listings are prohibited on the Services — see our Acceptable Use Policy and Prohibited Items & Services page.
10. Orders, bookings & fulfillment
Fulfillment of Shopping Orders, Food Orders and Service Bookings is described in our Delivery & Fulfillment page. Cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Subscriptions
Subscription plans, limits and terms are described on our Pricing and Subscription Terms pages.
12. Enforcement, suspension & deactivation
We may warn, restrict, suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies, following the moderation approach described in our Community Guidelines.
13. Complaints
Complaints about orders, bookings, Vendors, subscriptions or safety can be submitted through our Complaints page.
14. Platform role & liability
Omesia Bazaar operates the marketplace platform connecting Customers and Vendors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Omesia Bazaar's liability in connection with the Services is limited, and Omesia Bazaar is not a party to the underlying transaction between a Customer and a Vendor.
15. Governing law & disputes
Governing law and dispute forum: to be confirmed by the owner. This section will be updated once finalized.
16. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
