Submitting this request asks us to delete your Customer account and associated personal data, subject to legitimate retention needs described below.
Vendor account deletion
Vendors can request deletion of their Vendor account and associated business/personal data using the same form. Select "Vendor" as the account type below.
What deletion covers
A deletion request covers account deletion together with associated personal-data deletion or anonymisation, subject to legitimate retention such as:
- Completed transaction records required for accounting
- Legal or regulatory obligations
- Fraud prevention and security records
- Unresolved disputes involving the account
Never enter your password in this form or in any message to us. We will never ask for it.
Note: simple account suspension or deactivation is different from deletion. This form is for permanent deletion requests.
